Yes control A works well to copy and paste within the program.

The font selections would be in the formatting section, I do not use the ratings so I am not sure if you can change the font.

What I was referring to is the font when you print the report, is that adjustable? Is that what we're both talking about?? Is there a list of the commands somewhere that I can refer to w/o asking for which one does what??? Control A highlites, what unhighlites, so on & so forth/????Thanx

All the fonts are changeable. What Dave was pointing out is under Report Settings->Formatting and change the damage panel and selection panel fonts and changes the text in the body.

The commands are basically the same asa the word and other programs. CTRL-A will highlight all and also unhiglight all. CTRL-C copies, CTRL-V pastes, CTRL-X cuts. You can also use the copy/cut/paste that are up along the top of the programs.

Thanx for the reply, I got it now on the commands, I ask the question wrong for the fonts, what I actually meant was when you print the report the printed font size looks enormous. The check boxes measure about 1/2" square. Is there any way to make this smaller?  I couldn't make any changes on my print screen.

I was trying to change on my HIP program and I can space them and change color but I am not so sure about the actually size of the ratings box. Great question.

I am just guessing but I believe the ratings boxes are not adjustable for size and that Dominic is the only one that can change the size, but I very well could be wrong.

I was looking at other sample reports ant the ratings boxes all seem to be the same size.
