TOPIC: How to copy narratives

This may have been discussed somewhere, but I can not seem to find it.

How can I  combine narratives without copying/pasting each narrative individually. Example: Say I want to combine some plumbing narratives into a bathroom or kitchen section without moving or copying the whole section.

I hope this made sense.

If you are copying within the HIP template you would use ctrl A on you keyboard and then deselect the ones you do not want then hit copy, Then paste into the section you would like. Or just highlight the ones you want then copy and paste into the section.

If you are copying from outside the program you need to use Ctrl V in the edit comment text after selecting add.

Thanks David, that's exactly what I was looking for. I kept trying to use the add feature with no success.

Is there a way to deselect all at the same time like copying with control A, instead of individually? Also is there a way to make the report font smaller, I was noticing ther other day that the check boxes are about 1/2 " in dia. And the font was about 20 or larger.  That seams pretty large to me. That would definitely make the report longer, as you can only get but maybe one subject on the page.
