TOPIC: How to copy narratives

Thanx David for the reply. I was wondering about that to that Dom was the only one that had that kind of access. Reason I asked , I saw a report from another inspector from a friend who had an inspection before I knew her & his report had reasonably smaller print. His report covered most everything & was similiar w/checkbox & w/narratives & it was only 8 pages long. I notice that in ours there are some pages with lots of wasted space. Most of my reports are about 30 pages. Thanx again.

Under Report Settings->Options you can set the report to print in Continuous mode and it will take up less pages. Anyone who is creating an 8 page report is going to be considered a short report in the industry and definitely won't have photos in it (or not much). Either that or everything is crammed together which makes it harder for the client and agent to read. You want things to look clean and be easy to read.

The check box size is fixed. The problem with making them smaller is you wouldn't have space to add text above them. If enough guys are just adding 1 letter I could look at making it an option.
