Thank you for the Compliance Inspection Report, that will come in handy. I'm not sure that I need the report for this inspection though. My client is purchasing the house "as is" with an FHA mortgage and is asking for just a home inspection. Is there a special HUD inspection that I need to go by or will the normal inspection do. There is no construction or repair being done on the house.

The compliance inspection report is used exclusively for new construction and 203K inspections. You must be on the HUD approved 203K or fee inspector list to complete same. A standard resale home purchase using normal FHA financing does not require any special FHA or HUD inspections or forms. Just complete your normal inspection, unless otherwise requested by the lender....
