I think most of us feel that way. We could all be running the same bit, charging a percentage of the home asking price and giving a one page blurb about how great the house is, and on to the next. I got into this because I like helping folks, especially first timers!
There are so many more important things out there than just making a buck...can't take it with you!

In my experience, home inspectors are a lot that are very trusted by clients and willing to go an extra mile for their clients.
