Yea, this one the attic and crawl space was full of mold, I heard the bank took the lock box off and won't let anyone in until it is remediated.

Yo! Around here the banks disclaim any knowledge of any molds, leaks, or associated problems. They don't want to open that box. Too much liability I guess.

Well this one here had it removed by the agents or banks handy man One problem he did not get it all the leaking plumbing was still leaking make it worst. They removed some drywall in the Master bed room closet but the other side of the wall was the master bath that had the bad plumbing. to make a long story short they did not remove both sides of the dry wall because they just remodeled the bath room all new tile and Granite counter top fixtures. they never took any testes on the area.

Most, if not all Banks are getting away with murder these days. If you were to list your house on a "as-is" basis you would be breaking the law, yet banks do it all the time around here and nobody cares!
Even when issues are brought to their attention after a potential buyer has dropped out of the deal, they still refuse to present the customary disclosure to the next punter, even though the law is specific about this. How do they get away with it? |
