John, you could write a couple of pages of deficiencies on this, such as
Adequate makeup / fresh air, unless the door is louvered
In over thirty years in this business, I have never seen galvanized pipe used for gas, someone can correct me if I am wrong on this
Vent has negative fall, unless the water heater is venting the chimney
No drip leg
Evidence of leak
Elevated 18", does not matter if it is in a closet
No TPR

That post wasn't from me, Bill was just showing us one that had tons of problems. So yes, we can write up tons of stuff on this one. LOL
