Well good afternoon folks, and I am finally back from my Nothern Maine trek to inspect my daughters house.
phew, was an easy one, had a hard time to find anything wrong. What a difference in workmanship compared to here and southern Maine.

Glad to be home.
Oh, the seller was present and followed me around all the time. He is a Commercial Pilot out of Boston and moving to Wells Maine so he will be closer to work.
When I got done, he asked me to go down State to inspect his new potential house.
How's that? Inspect for a client and get an inspection for the seller. I thought it was pretty cool.

Thanks Dom, and hope it goes through, I need all the work I can get.
Just going up there made my day by seeing the grandkids anyway. Sure was nice.

The selling agent also works for my son-in-law at his State Farm Agency and told me to move up there, they are in short supply of Home Inspectors.
I said right! Too darn cold. ha. ha. Just wish it was closer. But I did tell her to get me three in a row and I might come up. ha. ha.
