Hey, what a coincidence, just partnered with them this week and was approved.
Until I read the Q&A and saw the States they are approved in. Maine is not included, but they will keep me informed so when they are based on demand, I will be the first one in line. Problem is, according to statistics I found, only 736 Manufactured Homes intered Maine in 2007. Oh well, on to other things I guess. Glad to see it works for you.  |

Lou, it's not "free"...just a good word to use, it's built into my fee. Marketing is wonderful...
John, I have to give credit where credit is due, I got the idea from Mike Merino and asked if I could borrow it from him. So not to give anyone wrong ideas of infringement... I'm also curious to know if you did mean something else with your "update inspection" phrase...??? |

Louie, any particular reason for not fancying this other firm? When I found out Ed did not service Maine, I attempted to go see a friend of mine that owns a Modular and Manufactured Home Sales Business and ask how he gets the certifications and leads to all this, but he was not there until next Tuesday. So next week it will. Did you ever contact that other firm Louie for Certs. ?? |
