Only way it will get any better is if we run em out of town guys. We have to deal with them while they are around, and clena up the mess when they shut down.

I even had one of the Realtors here in the office ask me about my prices and I told her I start out at $225.  She was on the floor shocked.  She said JOHN!!!!!  I said, I have a family to feed too!  I think people just don't think about our costs.  They just see the "BIG" ticket price.

John, my brochures indicate 350, but usually give in for 300 or 320, and in any case, I just soon stay home for less than that.

Took me a long time to know what I know, I will not sell it cheap. If they price shop, I will tell them to hire the low baller and call me when there is a problem.  ;D ;)
