That should be alphabetical as well.

They show as alpha in my system too, by last name. You sure they aren't?

Yup, all ok. My bad. I dragged the agents last name column to the first column in the address book. I discovered you can dragged the columns and put them is order as you wish. So In address book Last names are first and then when I pull down the agent list in Client info the list appears by first name. Seeing first name first registered in my mind that the list was not in alpha order but it is by last name.

#Wish list...

More control of the "Description Text" section within the report writing section. For instance, a description box that opens similar to when we enter a new or revise a comment. Copy/Paste ability. Space between comments. Etc.

I would like this feature so I can include general information I want on all my reports for my clients. Once I have this description text set, it would stay for the majority of every report. When the report is generated it is a "comments" area and that's how it could be used...general comments or useful information. The call out section would be just that, a distinct call out section. This would help save time.

I have mine somewhat set up this way now but it was a task attempting to get this information in that little box without a copy/paste feature. It was a lot of back and forth from generated report to "description box" correcting typos.

Have been thinking about it for awhile now and thought I would go ahead and throw it out there. #wishlist
