Is there a way to sort the list of agent contacts in address book. When I added agent to customer info page I have to scroll and search for name. When saving name it gets placed randomly in the list.

Mine shows in alphabetical order by Agents names.
Speaking of which we never did get a second client option.
Almost every other job the wife and husband or partner want a separate send which is complicated by only one email allowed in the report.

It should definitely be alpha by last name.

I'll check out the second email issue, it's still on the to-do.

Just had a husband call from a inspection done back in May and his wife was the only one listed on the report.
My only option is to send twice (once for each email) which wipes out the first one or necessitates need for two report copies
with one under each name if I wish to notate when opened.

Such a shame as they paid big money on a place I warned them about and now are having big money issues.
They are sorry they listened to everyone but me.

The sellers Agent was a construction guy and a friend handled the sale who all called me alarmist.
Turns out what I reported was 100% accurate.

In the HIP 3.6.5 the Address Book, agents last names are alpha but in the Client Information, the Agent pull down shows the names in random order. It just a pain to have to scroll and search for the Agent.
