TOPIC: Invoice

I made a simple invoice for my report. I wanted to ask others there opinion and if there are any areas that I need to add, remove.

I have many clients asking for an invoice.

Looks very nice! I'd add a link to the credit card payment page on your website, though they really should have the report if they haven't paid, so maybe not!

David I had the same requests and went out and bought Quickbooks Invoice Software.  It was only $30-$40.  Its very simple to set up.  You can change it to however you want it to look.  And its very professional looking.

Oh I forgot to mention, I would be careful about charging an interest rate.  Unless your willing to keep up with the compounding interest.  I doubt you'll ever be in a position to charge interest for multiple months but you leave yourself open to headaches.  I would just figure out what the $ amount would be and charge that instead of the % rate.

I know Dom has something in the works for an invoice. It would be a nice feature when you add the client info the information would also insert to the invoice area.

Yeah that would be cool to see when its done.  What you have done does look good though.  I think you have all the pertinent info and you even have a report # to keep track of everything.
