Wow - let's see, trim too shallow, trim under the stucco depth, trim abutting stucco, front door assembly flashed?, no flash under and between the front porch concrete, shingles too short, no gutters?, is that tar paper under the mesh?, interesting J flash installation, under layment not covering all the OSB, OSB against concrete, some old trim used and not reset or replaced, corners and panel joints properly meshed?, scaffolding set on the ground, oh, and the house is facing northeast (bad feng shui). Kidding about the last one... How long before rot? I give it a week, maybe until Christmas... |

No they did not stop the work. There is a whole subdivision done by these yo-yo's and the city would not stop the work either. I tried.
