TOPIC: Latest update is problematic!!

Evidently there was an update that came out for HIP Mobile yesterday and my ipad automatically downloaded it.  It's awful!!  First, I'm getting an alert that pops up telling me I have low memory... not even sure what that means since I have about 9gb free on my ipad.  Second, all of the lists are now miniature and moved to the bottom left so I can't read the whole comment anymore.  I guess the ability to change the default color and font for picture editing is something, but certainly not worth it if these other issues stay the same.  I just want to go back to the last version.... anyone know how I can do that now??

Did you ever think that instead of posting on a message board on a late Friday afternoon, you could start a service chat or call and get the issue resolved?  :

Danny, the low memory issues actually means, you have low memory! It's referring to the amount of ram which is short term storage, not your hard drive space. I'm not sure how a popup that is just there as a warning would make the software update horrible though even if it was true! There's TONS of new stuff in the ios update.

As far as the lists issue a screen shot would be helpful. We've had people beta testing this for months and no on has had an issue with that so we'd need to see it to help figure out why it's small for you. Please also check what version of ios you have.

So I guess it's just a coincidence that the low memory warning pops up now that the app has been updated. Not sure what to do to fix that so if anyone has any ideas, that would be appreciated.

Dom:  I'm getting the same problems as Dan is getting.  Low memory and the lists are in the bottom left corner and are truncated.  I'm using the I pad mini version 9.3.2 and Hip version 4.6.3.1.

It's not a coincidence Danny. You've always had the low memory. We added a feature into the program that checks to see how much memory you have and gives you a warning so you can close other programs out.

Doug, the smaller lists is a bug with Apple we're trying to work around right now. I hope to have that resolved shortly.
