TOPIC: Latest update is problematic!!

Re: Latest update is problematic!! 8 years 4 months ago #63121

Thank you, Dom.  You say you've disabled the memory alert now?  Does that mean there's a new update or is it something I need to disable on my device?  I don't ever have any other apps open on that ipad as it is strictly for HIP Mobile.  I did double-check and make sure nothing else was open though.  The available memory number seems to change based on how many inspections are in my ipad.  I deleted about 12 inspections and the number was higher when I started my next report.  As long as I'm able to start and complete an inspection regardless of that alert, it really doesn't matter to me.  I just got scared that I would get halfway through an inspection and the software wouldn't let me go any farther!

Any resolution to the truncated List issue after the last update?

Been fixed on beta for the last 2 weeks if you're on beta. We pushed it public 2 days ago and are just waiting for Apple to approve it. Based on their current approval speed I expect to see it approved tomorrow or Monday.

Danny, I totally understand. The popup was confusion to many so we removed it for now. The warning was based on ram, not storage space (rom). It had nothing to do with how many reports were stored. The operating system itself and other apps, even when closed can still be taking up ram as they check to give out notifications, look for location GPS, etc.
