Also for any one looking through this thread. We're using two apps to auto backup our pics. They are working great. the first is Dropsync. It auto syncs to DropBox. Link-- play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co...xapps.dropsync&hl=en

The second is Syncme Wireless it auto syncs to your PC. Love this one because I don't have to download from DropBox and then unzip. Cuts out those steps. Link-- play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bv.wifisync&hl=en

Hi my name is Peter.

I'm a newer user with HIP and really like the software, but I have a couple questions for everyone out there. During my inspections using my Ipad going and thru all the components etc I feel like I am wasting a lot of time searching for descriptions etc., not on all, but at least the ones that have several different ones. Has anyone else felt like this before and how did you fix/overcome this issue? Maybe it's just getting used to using the software etc....

Hi Peter,

Have you used the search as you type feature? Start typing any portion of a word at the top of each section and your narratives will automatically filter to the one you want.

Sadly, I didn't even realize the search bar was there! I've always just jumped right in with the inspection details etc. I have another question for you Dominic. For each inspection I will take anywhere from 150 to 250 photos not all for my report, but for future use in case someone were to call me back on something. Anyhow, I have found it very time consuming going through all the photos and picking which ones I need to use in my report. I use an Ipad and generally use my camera for all my photos since the Ipad is bulky and not as easy and quick as my camera is. Do you have any suggestions for me to help speed up my process? I am also looking for a Room-to-Room template, but cannot find any, do you know of any that I am not seeing?
