The default template is a room by room template.

Get an iPad Mini and start using it to take photos on site. That'll speed you up a lot!

I understand it is room to room, but when you pull up the print preview of the report all the rooms and deficiencies are grouped together. I am looking for rooms and comments to be separated so it's easier to read for clients etc.

Hi Peter,

It'll print exactly as the template is setup. If you want multiple bedrooms and bathrooms then you'll click Edit Template on the desktop and you can make as many copies as you want. If you're on mobile you can long press on a room and it'll make duplicates which you can rename Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, etc.
