TOPIC: "Materials" on my reports are always blank.

That's what happens when you rely on somebody else to do the work for you. 

I wasn't relying on someone else to do the work for me, I was relying on a usable template that would be a solid foundation for me to start with in Home Inspector Pro. I didn't expect the template that I purchased to have every narrative I ever needed, but I liked the idea of using a template that was catered to the InterNACHI standards of practice, that was created by a long time inspector. Almost every inspection I perform requires me to add a little bit to the template, which I expected.
