TOPIC: "Materials" on my reports are always blank.

So here's what it looks like in HIP 4.

I'm using the InterNACHI narratives that I bought from the inspector outlet (or whatever it's called)

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Shaun,

Sounds like your select panel font (materials) is white! Try changing it under Report Settings->Formatting.

LOL. Well, there you go. That's the second issue I've run into with the InterNACHI narrative template I purchased. We figured out a couple of weeks ago that a font selection in the template was causing my reports to not generate into a .PDF. I didn't change a single thing with the template after I installed it, I'm surprised.

I'll let Kenton know over at InterNACHI so he can update his template!

I should add that you were 100% correct, the font was white. Man, that's a bit aggravating. I paid a lot of money for the template, mostly because at the time I was transitioning from ReportHost to HIP, and thought I'd buy the InterNACHI narratives to save me some time, and I didn't have time to go through all of the templates that have been posted here.
