TOPIC: IPAD/IPHONE ^ PLUS issues, PC download wires crossed and HIP

I have updated to the 4.0.7 and updated my IPAD app and am still having issues with being kicked out of the program at random. Seems to happen right after I take a picture. Cant find a pattern as yesterday it was when trying to take the first photos of the exterior views. It kicked me out of the program on the first four attempts.....then it worked fine and about 1/3 the way through the inspection it did it again.
also when I upload the report to the cloud it randomly will show in my HIP software when I refresh, I will download the file with the correct name and the report loaded is from a utah . texas or other state and obviously not mine. I must deleate the file and start over and yesterday it happened twice on the same report.

Any ideas as to whats going on?

I also have an Iphone 6plus that I will be using shortly so if that goes well I may abandon the IPAD eventually.......hows that working from your end thus far?

Finally did I hear that Apple was coming out with another system....yasimity or something like  that?

The issue with the wrong reports has been fixed and will be in Beta in the next few days. Basically if several reports were being uploaded at the exact same time it was occasionally causing a conflict.

As far as being kicked out, that's not something I hear often at all. A few guys have had issues after taking 100+ photos but would be fine after going back in. Are you having the issue early on or is this after using the program for awhile? We have completely rewritten the save routine for saving pics and that will be out shortly as soon as the video integration is released, but I want to make sure these are related.

Yosemite is the latest Mac release, 10.10. Do not download it yet if you are a Mac (desktop/laptop) user. They are forcing the use of Java 8 which had some backwards compatibility issues with HIP. Since Apple released the update and announced it the same day it gave us little time to prepare. I'm working on a HIP update now.

It actually happend early as yesterday i was just starting. About the third or forth picture. Right after o take the picture it kicks me out of the app before it can auto save as i have that set for after each item.

The pict i am taking during that section is all i loose

Actually unlike the issues we had a few months back it seems not to have this issue later in the report.... Not yet anyway

Okay, let me know if it continues with the next update. Are you using the beta version on testflight by any chance?
