TOPIC: IPAD/IPHONE ^ PLUS issues, PC download wires crossed and HIP

Dom, still having the issue with the program randomly shutting down. Becoming very annoying! Today took 4-5 pics of siding and before I backed out of the section it crashed.... Had to go back and retake pics. Happened 4 other times throughout the report gathering. Use iPhone 6 but had the problem with my iPad before upgrading to 4.0

Hmm we still haven't been getting other reports of this (as you can see by the thread) which is super weird. I've had guys starting to have issues when they're over 100 pics and that's something we've resolved in the beta by changing how pics save. Are you using the Beta from TestFlight right now?

Do you have any other apps that are running on this machine?

I have test flight installed but I only receive beta updates to my ipad?

You'd only get them on devices we have the UDID on. If you take pics on the iPad does it crash as well?

Yep, but I don't use it any more, doing everything on my 6.
