not able to upload template to the cloud. I can do everything thing on sync page except upload template.. any ideas? I get "unknown error , try again later" been doing this for some time today

update - I tried other templates and they loaded . I saved the problem one and tried again with no luck . I have to get this template to my phone

I opened up HIP 3.8 and was able to upload same template I tried in 4.0 .. there must be a bug.... I went back to 4.0 to check and still can not upload it ... only in 3.8

Glad you got it worked Les! You should have 4.0.6 now, we fixed a template opening issue that was a affecting a few templates last week.

I am having the same issue. I just updated to HIP 4 and I am trying to transfer templates with no luck. I tried transferring my own modified templates and also default ones and I get "An unknown error occurred. Please try again"
