TOPIC: Uploading template

Hi David,

You need to delete your templates in the cloud and on the mobile device. Then upload your templates fresh from HIP 4 and download to your mobile device.

Hi Dom, I just up graded to Hip 4 today and I just started with HIP mobile today. The first thing that it ask me to do was upload a template and when I tried doing that I received the message stating to try later.

Follow the steps in my previous message and you should be good to go. If not, give the office a call.
