I keep getting this error. I am connected to the internet and have confirmed it. Anyone else having this issue? I am on a MAC

HON is having problems with some Russian hackers trying to attack their servers. They aren't getting in but are slowing the network. They've been working on it the last two days. Try again shortly and hopefully it'll go through.

That's the only option right now. This has nothing to do with HIP, HON's site is the one being attacked right now.

I went to the HON site and logged in.  It looks like you need to agree to their "new" service agreement before you can move forward.  I wonder if this is why folks can't upload a subscription.  I read the agreement, and I don't think I can agree to it....

The upload issue turned out to be an over zealous firewall. They upped the settings after their attack from the Russians and it blocked all HIP users by mistake. Argh! Just an update that it was resolved a few days ago.

What browser are you using that you can't agree to the new TOS?
