I have recently started having this issues. The last posts to this thread was a quite a while ago. Any idea this will would have started happening in the past few weeks.

Yes I have verified that it is the same username and password that I had used up until about a week ago. Now it is giving me an error message saying."There was an error sending information to the Home Owners Network. Please try again and then contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you continue to have problems" I am not sure what has changed but I have not been able to get the last 4-5 client submitted through the HIP upload.

Change your password to something you can share and then email me the username/password so I can test on my side. We haven't had anyone else with issues so it's connected to your account somehow with HON.

Ok i figured it out. I was using copy/paste to input the client email address. HON was not seeing it as a valid email address. Once I inputted it manually all seems to work fine.

Ahh. That probably means you had a space at the end of the email. That happens often when you copy.
