I'm certain all will agree here You need a confirmation before exiting the mobile app I find myself exiting it unintentionally at least a dozen times or more during an inspection.. Cursing up a storm... come on ...let's address this... Then the upload window where you need to have a confirmation as well as we scroll it with the touchscreen to find the proper inspection and it uploads anything that we touch ... arghh !! Ohh an d PLease will you address the ability to edit pics on the right side of the windows version besides having to waste forever scrolling through pages of photographs to find it and edit it.. allow us the ability to delete or edit the text associated with each etc.... I agree with you. However all credit to HIP, at least most of these requests are being addressed, most other programs fail in comparison. |

Yeah its nice to think they are being addressed but it's even nicer to have a bit of sw that I can use
daily without this hassle. How old is this sw ? bugs like these should be ironed out by now. we can't install images into documents yet ... add images to our template etc...to customize it A better solution would be to initiate an automatic return to the main list of categories in the template , as you hit the back button at least twice before you actually exit rather than a pop up window to confirm our intentions ... god knows I already waste enough time hitting confirmation buttons on useless crap besides cutting to the chase...we don't need another just a stop gap to prevent falling out and having to reenter ,, just take us back to the main category without dumping us out of the active program ... I wanna smash my damn android camera and it's the sw ....not the camera |

I'm doing 3 inspections or more a day and under immense pressure and time restraints
it's the lil things like these issues that are killing me...and add to serious stress. |

Kevin, I'm confused. You're saying you don't want more confirmation messages, which is why we REMOVED the previous confirmation message (as it was bothering people). There's a nice Home button to jump back to the home list of sections automatically. What exactly is it that you want me to do? The back button MUST exit the app. We actually disabled the back button last year from exiting the app and people went nuts on us as that's not how Android apps are supposed to work.
I just scrolled up and down on the Upload window for 5 minutes and never accidentally uploaded the wrong file. Can you please explain more about this so I can replicate it and understand what you're looking for? The pics comment has already been addressed on the forums. As Peter has mentioned, HIP Mobile is constantly evolving. Nothing you mentioned was a bug. In fact, all of them are on purpose though some are in the process of changing based on feedback here on the forums. We've had several beta releases a month (including one going out today) with all sorts of new features. Once everything is ironed out, the public gets it. |

make it so you have to hit the back button twice before it actually exits.....simple
this way you don't accidentally exit every damn time you are going back to the main section and roll right outta the software... we are out in the field , in a rush and in less than ideal environments,,lying on our bellies in dirt with cob webs wrapped around our faces, or on a roof with rain or wind , sun beating downon us trying to see a lil screen that is damn near unviewable etc... We are not in an office cubilcle in a pretty lil environment ....it needs to be bulletproof |
