Hi Kevin
I used to have the same problem backing out of the report, as it is so easy to click return, return, return and before you know it you are out of the report. What you have to do is only press the return button once when you know your next comment or picture is going to be in the same section, otherwise get into the habit of NOT clicking the return button and only click the Home button at the bottom left of the screen. This way will stop you back tracking out of the software. |

Not a bad idea but I can see the complaints from new users now wondering why they can't exit our program.
Are you just clicking back a bunch of times without actually counting? I've used the app on live inspections for hours before and never exited by mistake. So I'm trying to understand why it happens so often for you. Peter does it still happen a lot for your? |

Its happening less as I get more use to mobile HIP. I guess it's happening most to users who have their template set up section by section and you are constantly clicking in and out of sections.

I never close out the mobile app by accident other than when I close my iPad or change apps for some reason. Then I just open the app back up and it goes to the last place I was working... Really not a big deal...
