TOPIC: Image size in report?

Can someone enlighten me on how I can change / improve the quality of the images that I place in my reports. I know there is a default image size for 1,2 or 3 images (I have it set to 2) but I would like to improve the quality, knowing that it will increase my file size.

Hey Dominic, that's what I thought but I just tried it again with a report I sent out yesterday. I switched from the default for two images to the default for three images, assuming this woukd give me better quality. Image quality remains the same and so does the file size. Is there something I'm missing?

It all depend on the quality or the original pic.
All my pics are about 12mp

I considered that so I bumped up my file size to around 5 mg. They used to be smaller with my last reporting software and after compressing them to reduce the end file size, the images still appeared crisper.

The quality will only affect future imported images. It won't do anything for existing inspections.
