TOPIC: HIP ReCallChek

1. Why do I have to reset everything in recallchek for each new inspection. I thought once it was set up, that was it??

2. Why can't we color new comments in the damage panels as we enter them? I have have open the comment again to change the color.

Both of these are becoming very annoying. Is there something I am doing wrong here?

1. Make sure you save the template and the options will save.

2. I'm not sure what you mean, can you explain this in more detail?

1. I have been saving the template.

2. If you create a new comment with the advanced color option enabled, you can't create the comment and color it at the same time. You have to save the comment first then double click the same comment to open it and then apply the color.

1. What version of HIP are you using? Check under About->About.
