I am using HIP 3.9 and still have the RecallChek problems. My template has the saved settings. If I open HIP and look at the RecallChek page, it is correct. However, when I upload an inspection from HIP Mobile, download to HIP PC and open that inspection. The settings are not saved and there is data in the fields from previous inspections. I sent an inspection to Dan and he forwarded to you. Also, HIP does not send the serial numbers to RecallChek. Thanks.

Eric, I was just looking over my notes on this. Do you lose all the settings, or just some of them?

There are three settings on the RecallChek Data Collection Page - name, HIP menu section, HIP tab. They are all there when I open HIP PC and look at the page and all of the data fields contain the generic Brand, Model Number, Serial Number. When I upload/download from HIP Mobile, I lose the HIP tab setting and I have data in every field that I have chosen before. It is real data from previous inspections. I have to select the HIP tab setting and it wipes out the data. Thanks.

Sounds silly but you are still using the same template as desktop correct ?
My first thought would be to reload the current template. |

I reload the template on my phone daily or twice a day. I am always tweaking the template and when I finish an inspection, I upload and download the template. Thanks.
