TOPIC: My template is gone!

Jeff I of course know all that however it often seems to skip certain picture files for no apparent reason.
More than once I had to earmark files manually when they seemed to be skipped.

Best part about Carbonite to me is access by cell phone to all the uploads.

As the others have said, for important supports stuff like this, click Live Help on our site or call us. I'm at a conference so haven't been checking the forums as much. My guys are ALWAYS there in the office though for full help.

Delete the old HIP ICON ONLY. Do not delete the folder and never uninstall HIP. My guys can help you with that.

Carbonite is a MUST have. For $5/mo (or less if you buy in advance), it's a no brainer.

As a side note, every inspection you've previously done has a copy of your template within it. So you could also open your last job and click Save Template.
