Ok, I have done about 5 WM inspections and I'm getting worried the inspections are piling up in my phone.  I have the completed pdf on my laptop but I want to be able to edit in the future if I get a call back on changes.  Is there a way to store an editable version on my windows laptop or must I resign to having my phone store the editable copies?

You can edit the PDF directly in the future if you need to. The inspection files are tiny though. There's no reason you couldn't keep a few months worth on your phone.

I have not been able to edit a pdf file directly.  When I have your pdf up, there is no activation that I see that is editable.

You'd need Adobe Acrobat (not Reader)

If I remember right, to edit pdf's you have to get the premium version which is 20 bucks per month.  Let's review.  I have to send my wind mits to a cloud and retrieve them from the HIP website to review and go back to my phone copy to make changes. Then send back to cloud to re-download to my computer to  email to my client.  I can save them on my computer but when changes are called in I have to go back to my phone storage to edit _or purchase another program (adobe reader premium) which allows me to edit a pdf file on my laptop. We do about 200 windmits per year so the list on my phone will get pretty long and may cause storage issues.
