As Roy said, you just need Acrobat Pro. Also, remember that the Wind Mit app is something that we developed for free for our users as many of them were using AllInspections and were up a creek when they went out of business.

We made it just for mobile as that's what most guys use on site. To develop a totally separate desktop version would require months of time, money and resources which unfortunately there's just not enough inspectors in the area to justify right now at least. So, at least for now, using Acrobat Pro would be the best option for going back at a later point in time and editing.
