TOPIC: An unknown error occurred

Thank you for the heads up about the cell issue.

It seems like I just downloaded the 3.6.6 version, so I am now up to date with 3.8. Your instructions worked like a charm and now I can get this report completed and out to my clients.

This type of support (and I didn't expect to hear anything over a weekend!) solidifies my choice of selecting Home Inspector Pro as my inspection report partner - keep up the great work!!!

I am having the same problem i have the 3.8 version on my mac and 3.6 on my iPad
i tried others template and works fine but the one i use and edit is not updating
got the error " an unknown error occurred. please try again"

please help

Try 3.9 on the mac, www.homeinspectorpro.com/dmdocuments/HomeInspectorPro-3_9.dmg

but it does work with other templates!!
just with the one i edited
and i can see then in  my iPad

works!!!!!
