Help! I am trying to send up a template to the cloud and I keep getting the prompt "An unknown error has occurred, try again". I get this when I try and upload my normal template. I have uploaded other templates, just not the one I need. Any help?

Try double checking your username and password under Internet ->HIP Login. Then exit HIP and go back in. Sounds like you're just having an issue connecting.

I did that and get the same error. I uploaded several templates just fine. It seems to be the ones I have edited that give me the error.

Hmm, are you uploading from Mac or Windows? What version of HIP do you have (check under About->About)?
