I have many of my "selection panel" comments separated by comma but it seems that no mater what I do, when an inspection using this format is brought back into the desk top, everything is separated by "new line and Bullet".
I've tried completely uninstalling the previous versions and reloading the new versions on both the PC and the phone but to no avail. I am currently running 3.6.6 on the PC and 3.3.5 on Android. I thought I saw someone else a few months ago that had the same issue, but have been unable to find any info on this. Has anyone else had issues with this? Am I doing something wrong? |

Hi Andy,
Are all of them changing or just one? We did have an issue we're still working on where one of the items change, I haven't seen more though. You can reset all under Report Settings->Options->Item Options for now to get them all to reset at once. |

In the testing I've been doing, it only seems to change if I select something in that section. In other words, I can upload the template to the cloud and to the phone and make selections in just one area and that is the area that is reformatted, all other areas seem to stay the same.
I don't have all the sections formatted the same so I don't want to do a global command. If I remember right, what I saw was just setting the default for any new sections. In any event, this has always prevented me from using the mobile version, but having just upgraded my phone, I thought I'd give it another whirl. . . I look forward to being able to start using this. Am I the only one that is having this issue? I've got an enormous amount of time invested in my template and aware of this issue in the past, I have not saved it and overwritten my original. I try to improve my template with each report, but don't feel real confident in doing so with an inspection done on the mobile version. I sincerely appreciate your response and all your work. If there is anything I can do to help resolve this, please let me know. |

It's definitely an issue with the program, not your device. We've been working on it for awhile but as it was a sporadic issue it was hard to track. I think we have it now and will have a test version out shortly to resolve it. Most people use the same separators throughout the program so it doesn't affect them as the problem is that it's shifting the separator in the first tab in a section.

Ok. To be a little more specific:
I'm testing with just one section which has four tabs. Tab 1-4 separators are as follows (Comma, New line & bullet, Comma, Comma) When I make selections only in tab one it results in (New line & bullet, Comma, New line & bullet, Comma) In effect it changes the separators for the first three tabs when only the first tab had anything selected. It almost appears like it's doing an odd, even sort of pattern which renders the last tab the same as it was originally. I hope this helps. Thanks again. |

Just checking to see how we are progressing with this issue. I'd really like to be able to start using the mobile version without reformatting my template from what I have now. I've had the mobile version for several months but this formatting issue seems to be a show stopper for me.
