TOPIC: Putting the new mobile version through its paces

Two more things I noticed.  One, the date is still changing when the inspection is downloaded from the cloud. It is still changing the date back to one month ago. Was this ever addressed?

Second, this may actually just be a question about functionality. I've noticed that not all the section titles change to the gray after I have visited them. How does the program determine (or how is it supposed to determine) when to change it?

HIP mobile, yesterday while doing an inspection I had the lines of comment set to “3” and the program locked. When I scrolled down to see narratives they were blank but I tapped on the pencil and they were there. Re-booted and everything came back but the lines of comments switched back to “1”.

HIP on windows desktop, when I try to add a pic the folder containing my pics opened but when I tried to select it the folder disappeared. Clicked again it’s back and tried to select one again it disappeared again, finally had to close everything and restart HIP to select/add a pic. It would work for a while then starts doing the same thing all over again.

Date changing when downloading report is still an issue.

Terry that sounds like a computer issue.

Mobile can be a little touchy at times however depending on what your using.
Which device is that ?

What tablet are you using?

Terry, jump on a remote when you have that issue so I can see it. As far as I know there's no issues right now with pics on HIP desktop.

The number of lines per comment on HIP Mobile now saves which you'll see in the latest beta update.

Date does still need to be set to carry over. It's a much larger issue than you'd expect and has an easy manual fix so it's low on the priority list for now.

Cameron, if you have ratings then selecting a rating turns it gray as complete and works proprely. If you're not using ratings then only selection panels are turning gray when you visit the seciton. That will be resolved with damage panels shortly.

I'm using an iPad, at the time of the inspection it was running 7.0. I have now upgraded to 7.0.2 so I'll test it out on today inspection.
