Greetings-
Is it possible to have two colors in the summary? Red for the major things, another color for maintenance items. The color would depend upon which box was checked. |

Steve I think the summery is for issue and not maintenance tips which is why it is red.
You can use the blue comments or issue 1 category to add different colors. Might be nice for links however. |

Yes, you can use the Advanced Coloring feature under Report Settings->Formatting. We do recommend a max of 3 colors as studies have shown anything over detracts from the report but in the end it's up to you!

Thanks Bob- I regularly have customers who need a list of major defects and also a list of future upgrade suggestions. Thats where the second color come in.
Thanks, Dominic-I'll give that a try. Steve |

Gottya Steve.
Just wondering how that effects the transactions between the parties Agents and RE Attorney's when they do the printouts and negotiations. Bad wiring needs correction at south wall is a negotiation while follow up underneath that saying "recommend you knockdown south wall to expand for nursery may blow it up. |
