I need help with HIP mobile. I purchased HIP mobile yesterday and downloaded the app, but now I cannot log in, It is not accepting my password.

Hi Arthur,
Make sure you are using the exact same username and password that you used to log into this site. Be careful when entering it as it can be harder on a phone to enter the password correctly! |

I am on now, but where it says download template from the cloud, It says No templates found. How do I download templates. |

Go to the desktop sync tab at top on the right and select one to upload to the cloud first.
Once you have done that you can go to the phone and click on refresh and should see a list of templates you uploaded into the phone. Yes click that little right side arrow. Now hit download when it is showing. After that you can go to manage and pick the available template you wish to use assuming you have more than one and create a inspection name. hit create inspection. At bottom hit open in the inspection then have fun. |

But I am afraid I am not very good at this. I signed up for the 3 month HIP cloud, but I don't know how to get it to work on my laptop. I want to upload my templates from my HIP on my windows laptop to my HIP mobile on my Ipad. I'm confused. |
