TOPIC: Mobile freezing during upload

Trying our the mobile version for the first time on a Samsung tablet. I did a partial inspection and tried to upload to "the cloud", it gets to 40% quickly and then freezes up. I rebooted and tried with a smaller inspection, did the same thing. I didn't have any problems getting a template from the desktop to the tablet.
Help.

Sounds like you're using an older version. Make sure you've downloaded 3.2.4 from Google Play. On the previous version if you leave the list of sections before saving is 100% done it'll stop at 40%.

I have 3.2.4. Inspection saves completly... at least it says it does.

It is stopping at 40% though.

Hmm, are you using a good wifi connection or are you trying to use a cell connection? Also double check your username and password.

By the way it might sit there for a few minutes at 40% depending on the size of the report.
