Using wifi. I can log in with username and password and still download templates, just sticking at 40%. Report I'm trying to upload is just a small partial inspection. I'll try giving it more time, but it's been longer than a few mins.

Hmm, that's really odd. What type of phone is it? If you can, connect it to usb, browse to the com.homeinspectorpro folder and zip the inspection folder and send it to me.

The charger cable they gave you should pull out of the ac adapter to be used with usb.

Ah, yes the charger will work for USB. I've tried uploading a very basic report with no photos and just the General info and it still sticks at 40%. I'll check in with the live chat now.
Just to back up a bit... I purchased the update the day before and you sent me a new license file for that. The day after, I purchased the mobile version. Does it need a new license file again? When I did purchase the mobile version, it kicked me out of the desktop version and I had to load the licnese file again. Desktop version seems to be working fine now though. |
