Sounds good Cameron although I was thinking the other route and going more tabs to eliminate photo comments.
Remember the more you get rid of tabs the less time for photo edit drop down search and the yang end is it balances out in needing more location comments. |

P.S Dom teaching me the keyboard short cuts for photo edit dropdowns sure speeded things up for the allowing of more tabs.
Just hold ctrl and then type first letter of the tab while in one of the two dropdowns. |

Stephen made a good point about combining room by room comments into system. If you have a place with a lot of problems in the bathrooms, lets say GFCI issues you'll send up with something like this:
GFCI not functioning in master bathroom. GFCI not functioning in jack and jill bathroom. GFCI not functioning in guest bathroom. GFCI not functioning in outhouse. So you get lots of repetitive stuff. If you're doing a straight system report you'd see that and combine them into GFCI not functioning in master, jack & jill, guest and outhouse. If you're doing a room by room the comments are split onto different pages and doesn't look repetitive. Just a thought! |

The problem with room by room is the confusing summary so system reports are better for the negotiations and price estimates which are what reports exist for.

I've heard both ways are easier. It really just depends on the parties involved.
