TOPIC: Credit Card stopped working

It's like not logging into a government system for a while--you get locked out. 

My client wanted to pay but the card didn't work.  I actually called the bank, in Omaha, at 9PM my time and they hooked me right up.  No problems and the client's card worked.

If you take credit cards but don't use it for a few weeks, simply log into your account and that'll keep it from being disabled.

I emailed Jay and asked him to look into this and post the actual details here. As far as I knew this wasn't the case so it'll be helpful for him to post the exact details here on what needs to be done. I heard you might need to change your password every 90 days but no one has seemed to need to yet. If you do update your password with the bank, make sure to change it on our system by logging in here and clicking on My Account->Credit Cards on our home page.

It has stopped working for me as well.  I contacted First National, but they said everything is working on their end and it appears to be my site that has the problem.

Has your password changed? If so , you have to click on My Account here on the home page and update the password.

The page comes up, what error are you getting when you submit? Does it show up on the payfuse side?

I have not changed the password; I wouldn't know how with Payfuse.  The error is "Your transaction was denied. Please check the information you submitted and try again."
