What type of Card are you trying to Process?

I tried 3 different cards, MC and Visa.  So far the people at First National customer support are clueless.  They say that the Payfuse is working correctly and that the problem must be with my site, but I haven't changed anything since I first set it up and tested it. 

Ok, just checking that you weren't using Amex as that's a separate setup.

Let me know what Jay says. I double checked your info and it's still in our system (I was making sure you didn't uncheck it when you activated the reports on your website). Let me know what Jay says.

Jay rocks!  He fixed the problem within minutes after I called him this morning.  The problem was indeed an expired password, and once the Customer Care people got involved they managed to lock out my account completely.  It is working fine now.

FYI, I have had my PayFuse account since Oct 08, but only used it once before now back in December, so I think everyone should be made aware that this might happen if they do not process cards for a while.
