3.9% + .35 cents I believe. Your total there is 4.01%

With our credit card processor it would be either 2.03% + .35 = $6.44 to 2.39% + .35 = $7.52. But remember the bank we uses charges $5 a month and ALL processors will soon be charging a PCI compliance (anti credit card theft rules) fee due to new rules from Visa & Mastercard after several large companies had all their info stolen.

Credit Card through the bank is cheaper, but there's a $100 setup and I'm fighting a possible PCI Compliance monthly charge. So stick with paypal until you find your number of credit cards increasing.

I have a Premier Business account with PayPal.  I pay 2.9% + .30 per transaction.  There are no other fees, period.  The 2.9% can drop to as low as 1.9% as your gross billings increase.  I'm not sure why you paid $12 on a $300 transaction.  I'd ask paypal for a break down on the charge...
