Ahh yes they charge more for out of the country transactions (I get it all the time from Canada and other countries).

Will, paypal will be charge $300 a year to start using the virtual terminal on top of their normal fee starting soon. Basically if you're inputting the credit card data, you're going to have to pay them $300 a year to make sure your computer is PCI complaint. It's a big fiasco right now.

Dom, what is computer is PCI complaint?

Basically a computer that has no viruses or spyware programs, especially keyloggers that could steal credit card numbers.

That's what the clients like about the system, I as the merchant never see or come into contact with the clients personal information, account number, etc..  It's simply input by the client into the secure system which they access in the invoice from me on the paypal system.
