Do you mean one way screw? (At least that is what I call them) The ones that allow a flat screw driver to put it in but if you try to remove it, the screw driver just slips out of the slot?

If that is what it is, then you have to drill a hole in it and there is another tool (drill bit) designed to fit into the drilled hole and with the drill on reverse the screw can be backed out.

Well I did find out about it . It is called a one way slotted bolt, used to secure security bars and other items you do not want anyone to remove easily. They do make a tool but it cost a lot and may not work. The best way is to drill and use an easy out as Jay said. Since I have so many to do, 14 windows I was hoping for a tool to use with an impact wrench. No such luck :)

Those tools are very hard to find if you are talking about this type of security screw, but they do make them.
The easiest way is to grab them with a pair of small vise-grips.
