TOPIC: New 10" CTL 2go Tablet

So, in your honest opinion, and using small words since I'm fried right now...is it worth the price for the 10" CTL or to order one of the 9"?  I see the 10's are out till August...I may not make it that long!!!!!

Call or email Matt as he has been keeping extra 10" models for HIP users. I don't think they're selling the 9" unless they have some refurbished models left.

Hi guys -

Just wanted to drop everyone a note and let you know that the back orders are starting to ship today.  We received in our full batch the day before yesterday, and we had the production guys running to the max to get the orders built and loaded up yesterday.  As several of you may know from our conversations, our manufacturer pushed back our delivery landing many times.  I appreciate the level of patience that everyone has shown regarding the struggle to get these units in here and shipped out.

In the interim, if anyone has questions, please feel free to let me know.  It has been a crazy few days running around and helping out the guys, so I apologize for not being as available as normal.  Let me know if there is anything I can do for you guys!

This is probably wishful thinking, but can voice recognition software be used? And is it any good?

Dave, it works with Dragon Naturally Speaking. I'd get the 2 gigs of ram though as Dragon takes quite a bit of resources.

Matt, is there a way to not load the school software on it? I'm not sure if all the guys are getting it installed, but I had 2 guys ask how to remove it (easy to do obviously).

Originally, the only software stack that Intel made available for these units was the education stack.  This was because the units were originally designed for education use.  Since our first batch, Intel has released the "retail" stack, which does not have the school software on it.  All HIP users that have orders coming are having only the retail stack installed, I made sure of that
