Dominic........Hm mm that names sounds familiar, used to type to him a lot, but now that he is big and famous I never here from him.

Yes, since I went mostly room to room and have used this format for awhile I am able to get the data compiled on site. I do pics at home and I usually get done at home in 30-60 minutes.

Monday was a great example as I had 2 jobs and I was finished with the 2nd report at 830PM and my wife asked "are you done with the report already". Before HIP this would be a 11/12 PM day. I still need to work on the POS homes as these tend to take the longest.

I can not do photos on site as when I transfer from field to home I get corruption due to a glitch in my home laptop.

Dom, do you ever think there would be technology if you took a pic the computer would be linked to the camera and the photos could be added throughout the inspection?

I've played around with the automatic camera to inspection link idea. The problem is that the two devices would have to have the time sync'd on both to the second and you'd have to actually open up the Kitchen->Dishwasher section, then snap the photo of the dishwasher. It just becomes cumbersome. I might still release it as a test run at some point as soon as I finish up a few items here.

Ugh...must buy tablet...report time too long...losing mind...
